Nomination and application deadline
1st semester (Autumn and Full Year): from 1 April to 29 May
2nd semester (Spring): to be confirmed
Nomination procedure
Step 1 | Students should be nominated by the International Office from their home institution, using our form.
Step 2 | Students will then receive a notification from intl@ipl.pt (a no-reply email address). They must access our Mobility Portal, activate their account, and complete the application form and upload the required documents by 29 May.

- Health Card (or Insurance)
- Previous Transcript of Records (translated in English)

Portuguese Language Course
We provide free Portuguese Language Courses to Erasmus+ students:
- Intensive course (before the start of the semester) (4 ECTS)
- Regular course (running throughout the semester) (6 ECTS)
This course can be listed in the Learning Agreement.
For more information about the application procedure, please contact CLiC (Centre for Languages and Culture).
Accommodation
Students interested in applying for accommodation in our residences should contact our Accommodation Office.
Please note that acceptance of the application is not guaranteed. Therefore, students should begin searching for accommodation as soon as they have applied.
